A solution for every scenario
Winternitz Industrial Auctioneers & Appraisers Recovery Platforms are designed for your specific needs. Start to finish, including project assessment, cataloging, pricing, marketing, inspections, auction, removal, and clean-up, if required. We utilize several auction methodologies and technologies in order to meet the needs of our Clients and maximize convenience for buyers:
Global Online Auction Sales
The most efficient, flexibility, and convenient platform. Our Online Auction platform uses the most advanced auction technology, enhancing the Buyers experience and facilitating high recovery values. More cost effective for both Buyers & Sellers…
Orderly Liquidations
Orderly Liquidations are used when there are a limited number of machines to be sold, more specialized, limited marketplace or require a longer sale cycle. Items at this type of sale are not offered at an auction but instead for a fixed price only.
Live On-Site Auction Sales
An On-Site Auction is conducted by one of our licensed auctioneers at the site of the equipment to be sold. These auctions are open to the public and typically allow interested buyers to preview and inspect the equipment before the auction begins.
During the auction, the auctioneers will sell each lot sequentially to the highest bidder. (NOTE: pricing, increments, and grouping of lots are determined in real time, and at the discretion of the auctioneer.)
Private Negotiated Sales & Sealed Bid Auctions
In a Sealed Bid Auction, bidders submit written bids via email, postal or currier delivery. All bids are kept confidential. Once the auction has closed, all bids are opened, and the winning bidders are notified of their successful bids and then the payment & removal process begins.
Webcast Auction Sales
In order to accommodate multiple remote locations far beyond the factory floor, Winternitz Industrial Auctioneers & Appraisers utilizes state-of-the-art Webcast Auctions with internet ‘click to bid’ online bidding…
Live video feeds are available as well.
Webcast Auction is a theater-style sale held either on-location or near the equipment site. These auctions allow remote bidders who cannot travel to the on-site location, to participate and compete in real-time with on-site bidders. Webcast bidders may use their computers to join a web-based slideshow where we provide photographs, live on-site auctioneer feed, and descriptions of the items being sold in real time. Bidders who have joined the webcast auction can bid by pressing keys on their computer keyboard or mouse. The auctioneer simultaneously accepts bids from on-site bidders as well as the bidders over the web. Webcast Auctions are also sometimes conducted as a “Studio” Auction, where the sale is solely conducted as a simulcast, and all bidders participate from the comfort of there own office or home.
Going Concern and Turn-Key Facilities
A negotiated Private Treaty Sale is managed by Winternitz Industrial Auctioneers & Appraisers executives who act as the agent between the buyer and the seller, allowing both parties to mutually agree upon a price.
